I really enjoyed the story line. She writes great characters and somehow makes them seem very realistic emotional and made me both laugh and cry

OMG I couldn’t put it down long enough to make it past two days... really good story telling... love love love it...

Julian has been cursed to live in a book only to be summoned as a sex slave. For 2000 years he has lived that existence only being released from his prison from full moon to full moon. He goes hundreds of years trapped before he is summoned once again by Grace. She only does the spell as a joke to placate her best friend Selena not expecting anything to come of it. She does not believe in the supernatural. I have read this book several times and it still makes me feel for these two every time. An excellent angst filled love story.

All of the characters are so completely endearing. I love Grace and the way she sees last Julian’s looks and into his heart. Julian is delicious and so tortured. Selena is such a great character too! This book is totally unexpected on so many levels and I just love it. Highly recommend it. The witty banter, the fleshed-out characters, the exciting plot, the steaminess - it’s such a great book that I have read and re-read many many times.

I read this book in 48 hours. I can not wait to read the rest of them! First author to do this for me! I wasn’t much of a reader before this.

I choose this book a long time ago for no particular reason.......I normally read 3-5 books at the same time (guess it's hard to get my undivided attention). ;) Let me just say, Kenyon is gifted beyond belief. Not once did the thought cross my mind to take a break from the Gaurdian- that was all I could think about. And as embarrassing as this may sound, I was seriously upset when I got to the last couple of pages......dreading that it would never really come to an end; it just couldn't (at least I wasn't ready to admit it..... ;) Anyways - read her books, I promise you - you will have no regrets! One last note: Kenyon, that you for sharing your talent with us, it means the world and I am forever thankful for you.

This the beginning of something GOOD! We learn early that not only is Sherrilyn is a gifted writer but she's also incredibly funny!
