Loved it. Nice quick read.

Originally I was kind of worried about this one. I was willing to give Valerius a chance to be a hero because I didn't truly believe he'd ever been evil but Stryker? He's a true villain...All the way down to his black evil soul sucking heart!!! Why in Heavens name would he get a book and be allowed to find happiness. Sherri did an amazing job with this one!!! She let us see his humanity but at the same time she made it clear that none of this changes him. He just gained a partner in crime!!!

If a fan of the Dark-Hunter series, you'll love this book, which pieces together a bit of the well known Daimon's past and his connections to Acheron. It also tells as to why they are bitter enemies. I really loved this book, and like many from the series I couldn't put it down, but this one in particular is a must read!!!!
