This has always been my favorite of the series. The book is in turn, funny, intense and action packed.

Another wonderful story in the series, however I only gave it 3 stars because suddenly , CF has decided to to repeatedly use the word “Baby “ and “ Honey” continuously throughout the story. I found it cheapened the relationship, and distracting. This didn’t seem to be in line with the Carpathian males of the previous books . Nor how Darius spoke . Whoever your editor is , please stop continuously using these terms of endearment in every other sentence . No one talks like that , not even Carpathian men .

My all time fav. I absolutely love these books. Can get lost in them for months.

Why not use Deseri's talent to draw mates to others as she did with her brother? Love all these books working my way through them for a second reading.

Cannot wait to read the next book "Dark Legend." I have enjoyed the Dark Series so much.
