Many Grammatical errors
2
By EzraEngle
This author seems to be giving advice, which seems sound, but many of the types of grammatical errors suggest that English is not the author’s first language. This book is not for someone who wants to discover if a ketogenic diet is right for them. This seems to be written for a person who has already made up their mind that they want to do this, and wants advice on how to do it, without a sufficient explanation about why. It is a quick read, so there is no real risk.

I'm glad I spent the time to read this book. I've been trying low carb diets for the past 18 months and have had some success but not lasting success. In fact, I have gotten frustrated and not only gained all of my weight back but gained an additional 15 pounds. There are several new things I have learned from this book that I will try and hopefully have long lasting success. The book was well organized and well written.

written at a second grade readong level, most will struggle to get through more than a few pages. It is entirely possible that the entire book was written by a bot.
